Despite being naturally introverted, I’ve built my career by stepping into the unknown—trying what others wouldn’t. I found myself repeatedly in roles where nobody wanted to speak up or take the first step, so I did. And somewhere along the way, I realized that’s what business owners often need most: someone willing to be honest, take initiative, and help them cut through the noise.
